Im ordering some wetuits socks from LOMO again. they are great and only 7 quid and I much prefer them to wetsuit boots as you can still feel the board as they dont have thick rubber soles. They are 3 mm so I find them plenty warm enough.

Jamie, would think just the Kayak Amara size M 8-9", for me thinner the better to prevent forearm cramping up, well at least me left arm anyway
