I've never once had a bad session here and, unlike Paddies, whether the tide is in or out you can surf. In between farting about getting what I thought was some good air, we did a good couple of runs, riding from St Annes to the South Shore at least 5 times, just leaning back and enjoying it, fantastic. We must have covered a good few miles at least.
I would recommend this place for anyone from learning and board starting to jumping and big stuff as the chop gives some good ramps and there are plenty of little 'lagoons' to practice switching, turning and toeside stuff. And the wind is looking good there for a while yet. Get yourselves down...!
