just learning and got out at blyth yesterday for my first proper session (first time i had good wind) loved every minute of it. nearly lost board when leash came off and kite when chichen loop snapped(start putting my safety in correct place now i think) but apart fom that loved it, tempory repair to catch the wind i think.

No bother, have you tried body dragging? I remember you having a leash when I tried to save the board you were trying out

will have to go back and practice the body drag, board was up wind and could not make up the ground. i use a leash only the board i was trying out didnt have an attatchment point so i used handle. lesson learnt now i think.

just made it shorter for a quick fix but going to ring about as i need an airush stopper ball. someone mentioned i would get both from surfstore so i think i will try them.
