Unfortunately, its that time of year again, can we please adhere to the winter ban for Budle Bay!!!

BUDLE BAY IS CLOSED FROM TUESDAY 1ST NOVEMBER 2011 TO SUNDAY 1ST APRIL 2012

All the information is posted around numerous websites/forums and there is also two white signs along with information boards stating when Budle Bay is closed. The signs are located at both entrances/paths to the bay.

As far as I am aware, no kitesurfing had taken place during the last winter ban and as a result of that, the wardens were very happy. PLEASE KEEP THIS UP!

Please take note of the winter ban and tell all fellow kitesurfers. Additionally, there are lot of new faces around this year so please make sure you/they are aware of the winter ban at Budle Bay…..spread the word!

Why is it that whenever I'm home from uni and all I wanna do is go kitesurfing, the wind has to be SW? A few SE's would be nice please, wind.
