not really, I just fancy a change of gear, im in no rush to sell and I probably wont be getting anything for a a few weeks yet but thought Id stick stuff up here to see if anyones interested.
2010/11 takoon furia Ltd 7m- really nice kite which hasent had much use so its in very good condition, apart from 1 pinprick hole which has been patched with kitefix. gets me going from about 18knts and ive had it out when its been gusting over 35knts so its got a massive windrange. Its also really stable in the air so perfect for our gusty conditions and beginners. Its got medium to light bar pressure but it still feels direct and you can always feel where the kite is once you get dialed into it, a very predictable kite. As you would imagine being a small kite its fast but it has 3 tuning setting to play with to slow it down or speed it up, Also although its fast its not twitchy like some smaller kites.
Its also got 2 bridle attachment points one will give you slightly better depower at the bar and better upwind performence. The other will give you more grunt as it sits further back in the window, also slightly less depower but still more than enough to play with. so basicly one is better for freeride the other is better for freestyle/wakestyle.
2010/11 takoon furia Ltd 11m- This has had more use than the 7m and there is a 3 inch rip on one of the wingtips which has ben fixed with kitefix glue and mesh and is solid. Its on the thicker dacron material so is pretty robust so nothing to worry about.
Like the 7 its stable, nice and easy to fly, great for freestyle, freeriding, waves or wakestyle.
2011/12 takoon chrono 15m- excellent light wind kite, specifically designed to for lightwind riding. only had it for a few months and its in very good condition, gets me going in 10 knts on a skim. Quite light bar pressure for a big kite. fast turning, I fly it on the middle setting and its plenty fast enough for me. Its designed as a race kite so flies upwind. But its not just a one trick pony, its nice floaty jumps are great if your into oldschool. It also unhooks quite well for a kite that flies quite far into the window.Perfect for the summer seabreezes.
will get some pics up tomorrow when ive decided on some prices and what bars im selling ect
let me know if your interested
