Today, has been a very sad day in my life as its time to say good by to beloved girl, my 2009 11.5m Kahoona.

You have served me well and I have loved every minute of our long lasting relationship. You have been grunty and loving, whilst being a hand full once she starts blowing, but has always put a smile on my face.

Farewell and I hope your next owner enjoys you as much as I have, and gives you the loving care that you deserve.

(I literally do have a tear in the corner of my eye whilst I was writing this )

Had a difficult fairwell myself on Monday, my airush flow the first kite I bought gave up the ghost after 3 years off abuse . After crashing half a mile out in the shallow lagoon at Nabq bay, Sharm, and getting dragged over the only rock in the area, cut my leg and hand, not the best, considering the shark attacks recently reported. But the old girl went down in style.(something for the mrs to consider)

Considering options for a replacement 12m ?

I'd say get something that will fly on your north bar and lines. Evo,rebel?
I had a go on Darren's 7m evolution on its a really smooth kite. Was very impressed withheld the lowend.

It would seem like the right solution Jamie, it was what I was thinking, but at £969 for kite only might have to look at second hand unless I can get a good deal on a 12m.
