Hello Everyone,

I've had reports that every now and then people can't get access to my website. I've found a solution that worked a for a couple of people so please try this if you also have the problem:

Clearing your DNS cache that appears to be pointing to the wrong address for my site

1) Left click start on your machine
2) Left click run on your machine
3) Type 'CMD' and click 'OK'.
4) A black DOS prompt screen appears with a flashing cursor
5) Type the following: 'ipconfig /flushdns' and then hit the 'enter' key
6) You should get the message 'Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cashe'
7) Try the website again....hopefully this will have done the trick. Try this every time you can't get access.
