Kitesurfing in the rain?

This may well sound like a stupid question but can you still fly a kite in the rain?

Cheers

Yep. Although when its raining its like little needles bouncing off your face!

The only pointer I would give you is to try and dry your kite after. Dont leave it dripping wet for weeks on end in the bag.

Also watch for the weather systems when its raining the wind can increase or decrease very quickly and also you may need slightly higher wind cos as your kite gets wet it gains weight
