I recently got a GoPro HD and it had its first outing today.

The surf was absolute junk, 3ft at best, really all over the place and no shape to it at all but I was really keen to see how the camera worked out.

I went in at dawn so the light was low but the footage from the camera is stunning. I'm really impressed with it. When I do get a good 6ft lined up day with some sunshine I really think I'm going to get some amazing footage....can't wait!

It also came with a chest mount and a kite line mount so I'll be trying that out soon as well. I need to put some RainX on the lens to prevent the water drops sticking as well.

Here is a little bit of footage from the junk surf today. This footage looks dark and pixelated as it has been massively cropped for youtube (you will have to trust me, the original is so crisp and much brighter but it is 3GB!)
