If anone have got old kitesurfing lines and be sure to not used any more can buy them for cheap price or get them for free /will be very happy to dont spend over 200pound for proply wakeboard winch rope/. I think get about 100m double kitesurfing line just for test, couple of times on water.
Anyone from Redcar, Middlesbrough, Darlington aerial who use local spot can collect line when will be on spot.
Will post the picture of winch when will be finish.
Have hope people will be hed down to beach to used when wind gone.

need justkart clutch, sprocket with 90 teeth, 2 x chains 100 link,and if will be requailed brake system but this leave like last part to fit. Just waiting for pair of sides for roll and will spend another about 10 hour work and winch can run for first tests. Let you know when and where we test first time.
Dont look very good now but after test if everything will go like i want winch get some paint work...

With 90 teeth winch will get about 22miles/h depend of rider weight, always can change speed when i will change for another sprocket with smalest number of teeth

20 metres no-stretch spectra wakeboard rope + Jobe KGB wakeboard handle
20 metres low strech ski rope + handle
15 metres low strech ski rope without handle
1 good old wakeboard complete with battle scars and sharp edges with nightmare boa suction boots
1 bottle of binding juice (fish friendly lube to get the bindings on and off!)

I can also offer my services as a test pilot

Interested about this two ropes with handle just thinking which rope will be beter for beginers.
If you can get those two ropes we will check both and see how is like.
Let you know when and what time will be first test. If you not will be able to com i try use my old airush small bar like handle, dnt know how will efect on ride but is always beter then normal pipe

Or you could use a shopping trolley handle if you know of where you could find one

Dan you was see my factory, there where you been it wasnt that many trolleys but on another one we have got trolleys for over 10mln. pounds even i want change handle every 1 day it takes many years to use them all.]
the oder think is they are metal, i dont want hit myself of this handle but if you want i can get one for you...
