Well, after snapping my depower rope on my best redline bar within 3 hours of b
eing brand new, i thought this was a new record a couple of years back. i think i may have just smashed that!

Took my brand new board out today and after JUST 1 hour of normal riding and jumping, it decided to snapcrack from side to side

This must be some sort of record? And as you can tell, my bad luck continues.....

the depower line on your best redline bar, was it new? you should be able to get it replaced if so.

2011 Crazyfly raptor pro 137. Had the 132 on demo and its been great so must be a faulty board imo. But yes, its a bummer! Should get sorted by tomorrow though....

Aye ross, Best sorted me out as they always do. Got a new bar and 5 replacement lines. This was in 09. The best redone bar was known for quick wearing but it Doesnt help when they put in a metal insert covered with resin that peels off to be sharp like a razor. Nevermind, moved onto slingshot now.

I've found the 2011 bar pretty sweet like. the only issue i have had, is with the colour run1 bit of a shit, but hey ho. must just be the type of ink they used. only on my 11.5 though, the 7.5m has been fine. i was told it could happen after first couple of sinks in the drink and to make sure i dried it fully. that is easier said than done in this country. have to say though, i thought i had dried it fully. i am hoping it will rinse out over time. not too bad, but i can notice it. other than that the new kahoonas are sweet as!

The 2009 11.5 and 7.5m were great, still got the 2010 5.5m for those mental days. The kites were Everything i needed and wanted them to do. Only problem i found was the quality of the bars. I had loads of problems with depower rope, bar grip peeling off and chicken loop/release cuff. However, couldnt fault the kites.

Only moved onto to slingshot Rally's as i wanted something more advanced for freestyle/freeride with the delta/c kite perks, and of course the improvement in quality. As for the people who know me, I am loving them!

hopefully get this board sorted out tomorrow with a bit of luck.

How about this for Customer service...Got the new 2012 Raptor Pro coming this week sometime.

Its took a while as the 2012 boards have only just hit the shops this week. I'll let them off this time!
