Ive got a copy of the progression beginner dvd. So ive theres any beginners that want it post on here and ill send you it for free. Then you can make a copy of it or keep it till your sick of it. Then once youve finished with it post on here and then you can send it to another beginner in need

VERY generous jamie. If there are two of you that want it then dont get the handbags out....... i have one too you can have for free. I was up and surfing for a huge run totaling 4 feet on monday and now belive i am a pro so i dont need it now.

(well i actually have it on my harddrive, and will continue to watch it on my laptop)
