That spot does look excellent, nice video :D

Do you mind sharing the location? i.e. google map link or grid ref.

I've attached a map of the location.

It's not easy to get to when there is a lot of snow (or probably any snow for that matter). 4x4 is essential with decent tyres for snow and ice. There's a couple of hills to get up and down that you need low ratio and a shovel in case you need to dig yourself out.

We hiked up through the forest track shown in the 1:25000 in the bottom corner.

The terrain is covered in pretty deep heather so it needs good coverage. Better on top it seems - don't really know the area very well to say how good it would be without such deep snow cover.

Our plan was to XC to the top of Cheviot but the wind was pretty light. It's an epic location for sure.
