Hi Darren,
Has this been happening in light-ish winds?
This will happen with the Waroo's in light winds if when you do the board start you are pulling right in on the bar. Does that sound similar to what you might be doing?
Basically, pulling in to much with the kite powered in light winds causes the back lines to get too tight and the kite to oversheet and it to stall. If the wind were stronger the kite would be far less susceptible to this and you would get away with it. To solve this depower the kite a bit to make it harder to get to the stalling point when pulling in on the bar. As you become more experienced you'll get a feel for all this and not pull in so much when doing the board start. To begin with you'll try to 'muscle' your way onto the board but try just bending your knees, roll your hips, point the board down wind on the rise and all this will help the kite out as much as possible in the light stuff.
If this is happening all the time, strong winds, light winds, the lot, check your back line lengths. Make them longer if you can (i.e if you have differing knots at the bridle side of the kite, add it to the furthest one away from the kite....not sure if the Airush kites have these or not) and try again.
Cheers,
James
