Are there any other newbies heading to Druridge Bay this weekend? Or anywhere else in Northumberland good for beginners?

I need to try my kite out and practice body dragging. I might also need to borrow a pump as mine has not yet arrived - I know, I should have gone to NE Kitesurfing!

Try beadnell. ill be there this weekend if there is enough wind. Plus for some reason Beadnell can sometimes have more wind than Druridge. Don't ask me how, cause i haven't got a clue. But Druridge can be a blast in a SE wind
