Shipping
We offer 2 forms of delivery – Local Delivery and Royal Mail / Parcel Force.
Local Delivery:
This is a great option for people who want the convenience of a local delivery service at a time that suites them. Local Delivery only applies to customer in and around the Newcastle area. The fee for this service varies according to the price of the order. A minimum value of £25 is required for the Local Delivery option to apply.
Whilst placing your order with NEKitesurfing, the Local Delivery option will appear if:
1) Your order is > £25
2) Your delivery address is listed as in the Newcastle Area.
Local Deliveries will occur in the evenings on Monday – Friday and at anytime at weekends at a mutually convenient time for the customer and NEKitesurfing. Delivery will occur no more than 2 days from the order if all items can be fulfilled. Click Here for further details on Local Delivery
Royal Mail / Parcel Force:
This delivery option is offered on all orders. Various services are offered to the customer (i.e. standard, special delivery, recorded delivery) for you to choose the service that suits your needs. We large items are sold (i.e. package deals, boards, kites) Parcel Force will be offered due to the size restrictions of Royal Mails methods.
We will endeavour to ship out ‘in stock’ goods no more than 24 hours from when the order is received. Sometimes orders placed later in the day will not be shipped until the next working day
If you choose a tracked Royal Mail service, your tracking number will be e-mailed to you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. In the unlikely event that problems occur with the delivery of your order, please e-mail us or call us on 0845 141 2058 - we are always happy to try to help.
Returns and Refunds
Our products should meet or exceed your expectations.
However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day "no quibble" guarantee.
Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received the item with original packaging and documentation and the item in unused condition.
If we find the product to be in unused condition with packaging we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding carriage costs for initial deliver).
